  • I did not approve a transaction on my billing statement. What should I do?

    If you'd like to learn how to dispute a transaction, please refer to your Cost Plus World Market® Credit Card account agreement or the back of your billing statement for an explanation of your billing rights. Please note that some disputes must be submitted in writing and are subject to time limits.

  • I misplaced my billing statement. How can I get another copy?

    You can access up to 24 months of electronic billing statements anytime by visiting the Transactions and Statements page.
    Please note, if your account has a zero balance at the end of your billing period, you will not receive a billing statement.

  • How long are my billing statements available online?

    You can access up to 24 months of electronic billing statements anytime by visiting the Transactions and Statements page.
    Please note, if your account has a zero balance at the end of your billing period, you will not receive a billing statement.

  • What's the difference between "Statement Balance" and "Current Balance"?

    Your "Statement Balance" reflects any transactions posted to your account at the time your billing period ends. Your "Current Balance" reflects any current charges, credits or payments that have posted to your account. Your "New Balance" is the current balance listed on your billing statement at the end of your billing period. Your account's "Current Balance" and "Statement Balance" may be different based on any activity that has posted to your account since your billing period ended.

  • How can I access transactions online?
    You can access up to 2,000 of your recent transactions online by vising the Transactions and Statements page.
  • How can I access information about a transaction that isn't available online?

    Transaction information that's not available online can be accessed by contacting Customer Care at 1-844-271-2769 (Cost Plus World Market Mastercard) or 1-844-271-2770 (Cost Plus World Market World Mastercard) (TDD/TTY: 1-888-819-1918).

  • Can you help me understand my billing statement?

    To request a free large-print or braille version of your billing statement, please call Customer Care at 1-844-271-2769 (Cost Plus World Market Mastercard) or 1-844-271-2770 (Cost Plus World Market World Mastercard) (TDD/TTY: 1-888-819-1918). When accessing your statement online, you can enlarge the PDF version of your billing statement by selecting the "+" symbol.

  • Can I use my Cost Plus World Market® Credit Card to purchase cryptocurrency such as Bitcoin?

    At this time, you cannot use your Cost Plus World Market® Credit Card to purchase cryptocurrency such as Bitcoin. We may review this decision at a later time as the cryptocurrency market evolves.
