Your Helzberg Diamonds Credit Card account is transitioning from Capital One to Comenity Bank. As a result of this transition, Comenity Bank will now provide, manage and service your Helzberg Diamonds Credit Card account.
If your account is in good standing and you have actively been using your card you will receive your new Helzberg Diamonds Credit Card later this spring.
If you do not receive a new card by May 1, 2020, please contact 1-855-810-2541 (TDD/TTY: 1-800-695-1788) for more information.
Absolutely! There is no interruption in the use of your card. Continue to use it as you normally would.
Your account balance will be automatically transferred to your new account. We will send you a billing statement that shows you how much you owe. You remain responsible for any existing balance and must pay all amounts due on your account, according to the terms of your Customer Agreement.
Your current account settings and preferences, including automatic payments, will not be transitioned to your new account. Capital One will not process any repeat or scheduled payments after March 5, 2020. If you would like to set up new automatic payments, you may log in to your new account website at comenity.net/helzberg starting on April 6, 2020 and modify your payment settings and preferences.
Previous account preferences such as paperless billing will not be transitioned to your new account with Comenity Bank. To continue receiving electronic billing statements and other notifications via email, please visit comenity.net/helzberg starting on March 8, 2020.
If you have payments set up through another financial institution to pay your Helzberg Diamonds Credit Card, please update the payee information to Comenity Bank, PO Box 650973, Dallas, TX 75265-0973 effective March 6, 2020. This will ensure payments are not misdirected and may be posted to your account in a timely manner.

Effective March 6, 2020, you can no longer access your account information with Capital One or receive alerts associated with that account. If you need statement or transaction history for your records, please download and save your billing statements by March 5, 2020.
