  • How do I earn points?

    Earn 1 point for every dollar spent at New York & Company stores or online using their RUNWAYREWARDS Credit Card. Points will be awarded on sales tax and shipping.

  • When do points expire?
    If you attempt to violate the prohibitions on the transfer of Points, if you file for bankruptcy, or if the Bank or you close your Account for any reason
  • How do I upgrade to Premier?
    If a customer with a RUNWAYREWARDS card spends at least $400 within the calendar year, they will be automatically upgraded to Premier. The Customer must spend at least $400 annually to maintain Premier status.
  • How do I upgrade to VIP?
    If a customer with a RUNWAYREWARDS card spends at least $1000 within the calendar year, they will be automatically upgraded to VIP. The Customer must spend at least $1000 annually to maintain VIP status.
